[Milsurplus] PRD-1/R-395

Good evening to the group,
 
I was at a  local gun show this weekend and ended up, chatting  with a 
gentleman who had some radios in his barn.  He didn't live too far  from me so I 
made an appointment and stopped by.  I ended up with a  PRD-1/R-395 receiver with 
the dynomotor pack and a battery pack.  It is  missing the directional 
antenna on the top.
 
Does anyone have any information on this receiver?  Value, usage,  schematic, 
directional antenna, etc.
 
Any help would be appreciated.
