Not mine, and I don't know the seller.  

However, this looks like a very nicely done homebrew transmitter to me.

Built- in VFO, and what looks like a pair of 4-65s in the final amp. 
Covers 80 through 10 meters. Probably CW only, although it looks like 
there are more tubes in there than required for a CW rig, so it may also 
include a low-level modulation scheme.
