Well, he was originally selling three of them. I got the essentially NOS ARC-5 one
(mine has the bottom plate) for considerably less than it would have brought on eBay.
I also got an ARC-5 Power Line Filter from the same guy. In both cases I paid
considerably less than he was asking, BTW.
