[Milsurplus] TBY restoration dilemma

Barry, et al,

There were two different antenna mounts.  The antenna on the 43007 radio used 
in TBY through TBY-3 was fixed.  The antenna on the 43044 radio used in TBY-4 
through TBY-8 could be rotated so that for example with the Marine carrying 
the radio lying on his stomach, the antenna pointed up.
