I just located a 2002/2003 Newark catalog
here at work. It shows the 411 (15V) by
Eveready at $ 9.66. It is NEDA # 208.
Also shown is a 504 (NEDA # 220) which
is about 2/3 as long as the 411.

If the battery is discontinued, you might be able to make a replacement as
follows:
Home Depot (and others) sell small, cylindrical batteries, typically 9, 12,
15,
or 22 volts that are made up of little button cells, used for remote
controls
etc.. If you remove the jacket, the cells are loose. Stack up as many as you
need
in a piece of HS tubing and you have a battery of an desired voltage.
