[Milsurplus] Collins 0-492/FRC-44

Based on a recent article in Electric Radio, my guess is that is the either the reference oscillator for, or the master oscillator itself, i. e. VFO so to speak.  The article was about some restored AN/FRC sumptin' which the author now uses an HP 8640 as the VFO instead of the O-nnn/FRC whatever.
