Nothing specific, but a few guesses. It looks like it predates the HP 107, which
means it's likely a 1965 or earlier design. The crystal is likely within a Dewer
(Thermos) along with some electronics. Beware rotted foam. I's guess the
stability is not great, likely of the order of 10 E-9. IMO, it's more of a
curiosity than a useful piece of gear. A modern ovenized crystal oscillator will
likely perform better. Nice on a cold winter night though. 8=))
The seller is very foolish breaking the thing up, IMO. It's far more useful as a
system than separate parts.
