[Milsurplus] an/grm 55

Hi all,
I'm trying to repair an AN/GRM-55 tester and I'm looking for a service/repair manual.
I found one defective part inside the test probe,a small diode(there are two of these) marked MA472,with the help of another member we determined the federal stock number to be 5960-984-4117,but have no idea what the commercial equivalent is.
I hope someone can help me.
