[Milsurplus] Navy Dynamotor Navy CRV-21562

Hi all,

I picked up a Navy Dynamotor Navy CRV-21562 which is in a rectangular black 
wrinkle (crackle) box  4"x 6" 6" high.
It has command set slide-lock type clips on the base.
The base has a filter setup, in fact the data plate calls it a 
Dynamotor-Filter. 28V input 220V @  700mA.
It's missing the connector as someone used it to power something which 
caused it's survival.
Also missing a bottom cover plate over the filter network. I assume it is 
just a flat aluminum plate. Weighs 7.2 pounds.
I was wondering with what equipment this was associated.

Anyone need it more than I?
