Do you have a schematic?  If you can identify the type of switching, and I suspect it is some sort of BCD (binary coded decimal), I can likely find a substitute.  Some more information would be useful, are they thumbwheel or straight rotary?  10 position or other?  Single circuit per switch, or more?
