I buried my first wife because she would not wear a seat belt.
I remember a mother and daughter in an emergency room
complaining that the seat belts had put bruises on their chests.
I did not remind them (but wanted to) that those minor
bruises were the price they paid for keeping their brains
within their skulls, not all over the windshield.
