[Milsurplus] BC-1016 tape inker

Hi,
anyone have such a unit and/or any of the associated gear?  

I'm interested to have a picture, and find out when it was put in use.  

I'm researching gear used in conjunction with RCA DR-89/Navy RDM for
high-speed CW(300 WPM) work and wondering if it is a candidate.
