[Milsurplus] Military Surplus Shopping in the Netherland

Hi, While surfing the WEB I ran into a Surplus Store in the Netherland.
I saw some interesting radio gear that I would like to buy but don't
know how to go about doing that.  How do I arrange to pay for the
radios in Euros??  Arrange shipping (it would cost too much to ship
by air)??  And how about Customs??  How would I go about that??
The Radio I am interested in was probably manufactured in the U.S -
and send of as part of NATO.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
