[Milsurplus] ST-19 strap

[Unserviceable but Repairable]

I've got a rig that, with that strap, makes a handy shoulder-slung
combo

Strap came from a ATT surveilance 3-8 mcs critter for which I sent out an
APB last year.  That drew spec fm kargokult & contact w. J. Pinner
fm TN who has/had one too.

ATT was Alcohol Tobacco Tax, ie revenooers (see holler, hootin')
Hence surviving examples in GA, TN.  Moonshine are us.

So makers of this unnamed thing probably got the shoulder straps fm
surplus.

2/45 BC-1000 manual shows about same strap for use w. 'light' BA-80
battery.

I don't know why I ask.  Devil made me doit.
