I found 4 of the subject power supplies in my stash of junk.
These are a regulated HV supply.
Input is 115 VAC, 50 - 1200 CPS, 1.6 amps max, 1 phase.
Outputs are 90 to 300 VDC at 10 to 60 mA, or 90 to 270 VDC at
10 to 80 mA, continuous duty.
The pass regulators are a pair of triode connected 1625s.
It also has the following filament voltage outputs: 6.3 VAC at 5
amps, and both 12.6 and 28 VAC at 2.5 amps.
There is a 0 - 500 VDC meter on the front panel.
The main regulator is a 5R4, and there is a 6X5 bias rectifier,
an 0C3 regulator as the standard, and a 6SJ7 as the regulator
which drives the 1625s.
They sure weigh a lot.
Would anyone happen to know what this originally went to?
