[Milsurplus] VHF/UHF Frequency Allocations

Hello,
I am working on getting an MAR (Navy by RCA) UHF set going.  Frequency
range is 225-390Mc.  Anyone have a good website for frequency allocations. 
What I have found by googling has not been satisfactory.  Ultimately would
like to get it going in 220Mc ham band, but that is going to require
getting some crystals.  

Anyone have any CR-7 crystals?  I saw an MAR crystal set that despite being
ugly, missing crystals, and on a table marked "everything must go, make
offer", bore a $45 price tag.  Funny, not much stuff had gone by the end of
the hamfest.  HI

The next question is, who I am I going to talk to, other than Oprah?
