Epay has item  6533753003  which has its nameplate partly painted
over. FM radio that tunes 38-54 Mcs, per dial markings, per seller.
Is this RT-69/ GRC-3 ?

BTW, i don't see this KW era FM as often on Epay as i think i 
should. There was a lot of these made, wasn't there? How 
about the 10m one, 20 - 28, is that more uncommon? Anyone used
