[Milsurplus] 'Electronics Magazine ' for May, 1944 page 98

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of an article that appeared in the May, 1944 issue of  Electronics magazine, pages 98 and 99?  The specific article I am looking for covers the calibration procedure and computer for the BC-211 frequency meter.
