[Milsurplus] 24 Volt BC-312's

About 6 years ago or so in one of my "treasure hunt" trips to Baranowsky's
place in PA I saw a 24 V BC-312. It had a red color stamp above the
connector snout "28 V", and next to the name plate it had a tag saying "US
Marine Corps - Modified for 28 V". The connector was a little different from
the standard BC-312, but the same shell and pin type but configured
differently. Some parts, including the dynamotor and the case were missing.
The reason it didn't follow me home was that the asking price for a
restoration project receiver was too steep. Cosmetically the front panel was
nice.
Maybe I should have picked it up...
