[Milsurplus] post from non-subscribed accounts

Hi

I am also one of those who have more email addresses than I have
hairs on my head. The solution that I have used is to have multiple
subscriptions to the list with the "no replies" flag set on all but
one of them. That lets the posts go through from all of the email
addresses but does not clutter up the accounts with lots of mail.

Some mailers do not allow a "no replies" setting for a user. The
preferred setting then is a monthly digest or a header only digest
setting. It's not perfect, but it's better than a flood of messages.

     Enjoy!
