[Milsurplus] post from non-subscribed accounts

I know for me that is not easy.  I move around to several different locations 
and may be at one for as short as half an hour or as long as a few days and each 
system is locked down and will only send email from its own domain.

I suppose I can refrain from using the list, but it can be fun at times.
