[Milsurplus] BC-603 Assist

Hi Gang

I have a BC-603, but no manual handy.  (Is there a download somewhere?)

Anyway - a question.  This is the tank radio (Sherman) with 10 preset 
pushbuttons.  To set a frequency, there is a "tune" button to press and hold 
while adjusting a thumbwheel.  When I attempt to reset a particular preset, 
the dial moves a bit -- with spring resistence behind it and snaps back.  I 
can tune with the thumbwheel if I set it so all preset buttons are out, but 
can't seem to re-set any of them.

Is there a trick?  A key?  Something stuck?  There is a keyway in the upper 
right corner of the panel that is apparently a way to engage the linkage, 
but it looks like it's for calibration.

Of course, it would help if I had a manual.  This appears unmodified except 
for replacement of the dynamotor with an AC supply.
