Container CS-371 for AN/DBB-4 maintenance kit.  Empty as found.  ID plate 
scarred but last part of contractor's name was "rtz Mountain"

Any ideas?

Wow!  I can't find my all-inclusive AN list.  DBB must be pigeons or bats.  Hartz Mountain bird seed.  Nothing else fits.
