There is no limit to idiocy on the 'bay.  Recently a BC-659 sold for $750, 
which was gutted to put a CB set inside, but it looked nice and had all the 
accessories.  Also a nice looking GRC-9, allegedly never in service, went 
for $450.  And that's the last thing I will say about it...I should quit 
looking.
