and now, as surveyors say, "we're back to the point of the beginning"

This "main question" got mentioned in my post about a week back
concerning the Nat'l RBH (house # NC-156).

The RCH was Scott's Navy-ized low-rad version of, I teenk, the civvy
gen'l coverage SLR-M.

Scott flogged the low-rad theme in their 1941 advertising. And not
just a little. Have reprint of a Scott advertising pamphlet on the
theme.

For USA, might it be called pre-war LO-DF disinfo? Perhaps,
conspriracy theorists, Scott sales div'n was a OSS operative?

Appears Scott pitch pushed National to crunch their gen'l coverage
civvy NC-100A* into another low-rad me-too offering. And USN sed
Ho-kay.

Guesses on guesses

* hair-split time. NC-100 has PW (HRO) dial. NC-100A has airplane
  (pinter) dial
