[Milsurplus] ART-13 "Unbuilt Kit"

This kinda reminds me of some of the postwar surplus ads, where some firm
would offer a kit - apparently the whole collection of parts from when the
contract was cancelled and the production line shut down. There was the
R-96 ships receiver, i seem to recall also something like the Minerva Tropic
master or some other 'morale' radio, and maybe one other. I'd bet you got
only a schematic and the parts, , no Heathkit-type step by step, that's sure!
