[Milsurplus] FS: British code key

Hey group,

I have a British key for sale:

It is marked:

AMP W.T. 8 AMP
No.2 MKIII

On the handle is marked CEL. The bottom has Made in England stamped in 
white "paint ink" and it is embossed with CEL Z.A.16929

It is black Bakelite with brass and stainless fittings. The hand knob is 
rounded.

I have no idea what is was originally for.
