Ray, OM, you can make your own.  The large Bullet connectors make a snug fit 
on the banana pins.  I used the double-end bullet connectors, (Mouser 
ME159-1501) cut off the insulation and soldered a wire to one end.  Then 
make an insulating plate to hold them in place, and you have a servicable 
connector.
