At NAS Seattle ( fine activity, now history ) the Navy kept their spare TCS in
stock until the FCC ruled AM off the HF bands at end 1976. Then the Navy
gave MARS folks brand new crated TCS sets.  ( Most were swiftly hacked,
as far as i saw. )  -Hue Miller
