[Milsurplus] WARNING E-bay fraudster

Very well.  But this kind of scam is very common.  I get these once or twice
a week  They tend to congregate around items selling for more than $1,000
and fairly uncommon items.

You'll never see the same name twice, so no point in posting specific scams
or addresses.  It's enough to know they exist - just like all of the other
SPAM / SCAM on the internet.  Also, these guys have no connection to ebay.
Most are in Eastern Europe.
