[Milsurplus] TCS-12 Radios

I think if you are restoring a ship than every thing should work, radar, 
sonar, radios and all electrical and mechanical systems.
Years ago when I was student flight engineer I had a flight on a KC-97G that 
had the radio operators position still in tack BC-349 and ART-13. This was a 
Air Guard flying show plain and the radio equipment worked. I guess those 
days are all gone. Now days they cut a hole in the control panel and mount a 
rice box radio and whatever. It looks like "SHIT".
