220V geregelt: 220 V regulated
Netz: line (presumably AC line/mains)
Punkthelligkeit: spot intensity/brightness
Punktschaerfe: spot focus
Kreisform: 'circle form' - (assuming a circular sweep)
Kreisdurchmesser: 'circle diameter' (circular sweep diameter)
Frequenzkontrolle: frequency check
Zeitablenkung: sweep (time base)
Impulsamplitude: pulse amplitude
Impuls-Helligkeit: pulse intensity
