Fwd: [Milsurplus] AZON bomb guidance

 tried to post to  the group the schematic of the CRW-2 in jpg  along with a 
followup on  AZON. The email was returned. If anyone in the groups needs a 
copy of the schematic of the CRW-2 , AZON  or pictures of the bomb, just write to 
me and will send them directly

Here is my followup .......

The controlling system for the bomb works on two tone producing three 
functions. The 475 Hz tone steers the bomb to the left, the 3000 Hz tone steers the 
bomb to the right. No tone with carrier keeps the bomb centered. The joy has 
only three position, unlike the GB-4 glide bomb which has 5 positions.

A Gyro keeps the bomb from spinning, through the ailerons which are 
controlled by solenoids. The rudders which control direction are servo motor controlled.

I am going to try

I have an extra AZON receiver, would be interested in onther parts of this 
bomb or GB-4.
