[Milsurplus] "Rare" and the Scarcity Scale

Best I can tell is, that when applied to scarcity, the word "ebay" is a
multiplier prefix, (like kilo or mega). Haven't been able to put an exact
number on it. I think "ebay rare" (the prefix "ebay" is implied if item is
viewed on ebay) means at least 5000.--Mike, WV2ZOW
