I've been in the surplus business for quite a while, a wonder the same thing.
probably there are lots of """dealers""" with friends at the drmo.
for fun some time, look at current govliq sales and compair ( notice
) they sell exact same items some with euc, some without, but if we
(the buyers) make a mistake, its us, not govliq that gets nailed.
