[Milsurplus] Surplus sources

I see various companies get a hold of interesting surplus radio equipment yet I 
never see such stuff on govliquidation.com first.  Nor on the GSA auction site.

So, where do they get it from?  Where do these guys get, for example, a 
truckload of Watkins-Johnson receivers?

Another thought, I see companies selling high end test equipment on eBay which 
obviously came from DRMO for prices less than it goes for on DRMO, yet they keep 
doing it.  What gives?

What am I missing here and how do we get in on this?  One truckload of gear 
could satisfy every single member of this list!
