What is a "cloggy?"  I never heard that before.

I don't know about others, but to me you are completely welcome here.  If you 
are interested in these kinds of mil radios (and etc) I don't care where you 
come from, what race or sex you are, or anything else.  Alan is right on the 
money, here in America we need to not be blind to better ways of doing things, 
especially in regards to energy policy and transportation.  I know I will get 
totally flamed for saying this, but it is my strong opinion that any rational 
energy policy has to address BOTH supply AND demand, and in the USA, demand is 
almost completely ignored (or laughed at, as in tax breaks for the largest SUVs).
