One afternoon, I was working in my office and there was a terrific thump that
made the building shake. It's a modern office with concrete floors. A moment

FedEx had 'delivered' my $15,000 plus Tektronix Transient Data Digitizer. The
chassis (solid aluminum casting) was cracked.

I'm still trying to get recompensed.
