[Milsurplus] AC plugs with spring-aside ground pin

Many months back, someone was looking for the style AC plugs used back in the 60s on test equipment (and other things) which featured a ground pin which rotated to the side in order to plug into 2 wire receptacles.  Whoever it was, please contact me off list at W5VPQ at ARRL.NET.  I believe it was someone in VE land, but I did not keep a copy of the inquiry.  I have much more useful information now.
