We happen to agree with you.  But I can explain the obvious reason some 
sellers don't do it that way.  Once the seller does leave Feedback, they are at the 
mercy of the buyer.  Contrary to what some buyers think, eBay doesn't favor 
sellers, they only favor eBay.  If your buyer happens to be high on drugs, or 
several other horrow stories I could recount, and decides to give you negative 
FB, you're just SOL.  eBay won't do anything about it without a court order.
