I think eBay does a great service without question, but the management is very non
responsive. Out of 1000+ transactions, I've been screwed about 6 times, including a
$600+ WS 19 AC Power Supply , an $800+ WS 58, and a $700 HP Interferometer, BUT the
remedies available through eBay are utterly useless. The hard earned money is gone.
POOF !! They have done nothing to fraudulent sellers because the sellers are their
profit center.
