[Milsurplus] E-bay farce

I've been kicked off a few lists over the years when I tried to sell stuff, even 
the occassional sell/trade/give away kind of thing.  I can't remember the exact 
rules for each list so seem to always get moderators mad at me and I just don't 
need that.  I am going to have to clear out a bunch of stuff in the next several 
months and friends will have a nice pick of toys but as for the rest...
