[Milsurplus] Need BC-221M Parts or parts unit

Does anyone either have a BC-221 parts only unit they can part with or any the following items?  

I have a BC-221M I am trying to restore to operation and need the following parts:

Freq. Band Switch (item 27),
one of the phone jacks (item 13-1A or B)
0.5 uF bathtub cap (item 10).  This does not need to be operational as I intend on opening it and replacing the innards anyway.
two 10 uuF trimmer caps (items  3-1 and 3-2)
DPST power switch (item 29)
