Mike, it may not be fun right now, but there are those of us not as 
experienced with the TCS that are reading these posts that hope you not only find a 
solution but let us know what it is for future reference. 

On a side note, I sure would like a photo of the TCS-9 data plate. The 
Willys-Overland MB-NAVY-MZ-1 radio jeep documentation I have specifies a TCS-9 as 
the radio it came with from the factory.
