Oh man! You sure know how to get a fellow really racking his brain to 
recall what he saw five or six years ago. We were down to the Dayton area 
to visit family back then and we paid requisite homage to the AF Museum. At 
that time they allowed you to drive your personal  vehicle over to the 
Annex and Presidential hangars using a museum base pass. (Three years ago, 
as a result of 9/11, we see it's back to the museum-bus-only transportation 
like it was up until sometime after the Cold War years.)

Anyway, yes, I recall seeing the receiver rack in President Truman's plane. 
I vaguely recall it being a 4-Rx setup because it really took my eye. 
*Somewhere* around this house I may have photos of that installation packed 
away. Wish I could lay my hands on them to see for sure if it is indeed 4x. 
If they do turn up and if the Rx setup is indeed a 4x rack, then I promise 
to scan and post them somewhere for those who are interested. I have the 
TMC ailment in this house. (TMC = Too Much Cr*p :-)
