[Milsurplus] What on Earth??

The seller says he really wants to know what it is.
He picked out of the trash pile at an estate sale.

Every time I hear "estate sale" I always wonder
how much of the "good stuff" gets thrown away
as opposed to the stuff bought by antique sellers
and the like.
