If you realy are looking for dimensional specifications and tolerances, they are in the Switchcraft engineering catalog, or perhaps even on line.  I prefer paper, so I don't know what all is published online.  

One other trivia, AFIK, there was never a panel mount jack made for the PL-54, only the inline jack on the extension cord.
