[Milsurplus] SLR-F annoyances- parts needed.

Working on my recently aquired SLR-F receiver tonight, I discover that
it has been badly hacked at some time in its late past.
10 non-original holes in the front panel, 5 non-original controls, two of
which were not connected to anything, the RF gain control replaced
with a dual concentric-control of unknown manufacture, then the back
half bypassed by a panel mounted control which must be the separate
RF gain pot, the AC receptacle removed and discarded and an OCTAL
socket forced into the shell and soldered, one fuse holder removed and
discarded, a 10K to 3.2 ohm audio transformer added and its primary
wired in PARALLEL (!) with the existing audio transformer, two neon
lights added to the front panel (one amber and one green), two pin
jacks added to the front panel (one red and one black), etc.
Sheesh!
And the most interesting thing was that the 6SA7 mixer tube had been
replaced with a 12SA7 (!) Weird.
Does anyone have the following parts for either an RCH or an SLR-F,
or any other Scott receiver of that type? (SLR-M, SLR-12(*))
1) Main tuning knob
2) RF gain knob.
3) RF gain POT
4) Panel-mounted part of the dial lock.
5) AC socket
6) 2 conductor recessed pin plug for connecting an external DC control.
Labeled E-138 on the schematic.
I am going to have a machinist friend of mine weld all the non-original
holes and grind them smooth, then will repaint.
BTW, this SLR-F was a freebie, and now we know why.
