[Milsurplus] MARS aircraft opeations?

This string will be interesting.

ANS: Wrong region for "maritime operation" on certain frequencies.
And on most aircraft when you use the HF, the other HF is useless and you 
can
not maintain a "listening watch" for   C and C (command and control.)
