[Milsurplus] CRC-7 dismantlers, pse stand up

[Unserviceable but Repairable]

Is it possible to enter a CRC-7's inner sanctum?

Looks like it was pressed together @ factory.  & only entry method is 
drilling inner circular plate in right places & popping top w. a drift.
This might let a fool go in where angels fear to tread

I sure hope I'm missing the obvious

Have to ask how long these things were used, though.
